Dear Diamond Harmony, I wish to advise you of my absolute joy and satisfaction with my recent order of a diamond pendant. I am a customer based in Auckland, New Zealand. With the upcoming birthday of my lovely girlfriend, I knew jewelry would be a good call. After browsing my local merchants, I was disappointed at both the poor quality and exorbitant prices. As such, I decided to venture onto the Internet in search of the "perfect gift." Diamond Harmony quickly grabbed my attention. Within the price range, you r diamonds were of better quality than your competitors, your jewelry was far prettier, and you had the requisite acceptance of international order. As such, my order was placed. Unfortunately your online ordering system was unable to accept my credit card due to my international address. Fortunately I noticed your Live Chat assistance, so quickly logged on. Your service representative, Nina, quickly attended to me query and over the following days went out of her way to make sure my purchase could be completed. This included phoning me to address my query, and later to confirm my order had been processed. Needless to say, Nina quickly resolved the issue and got my order rolling. With my girlfriend's birthday looming closer, I was quietly nervous over whether the package would arrive on time. To my surprise, it arrived this morning around four working days after the order was confirmed. Simply amazing. Overall, I am totally impressed by both the quality of your jewelry, and the quality of your customer service. I don't think I could have wished for better. Dear Diamond Harmony, I want to thank you and comment on your miraculously fast delivery! I was reading my email confirmation for my order and the fed-ex guy was at my door..with my order!!!! I live in Southern California and I ordered May is May 23 and it came this morning! Superb! I love the large 14kt gold hoops and the great deal I got. I went to another online jewelry store and their price for the same earrings I rec'd from DH are 75% higher. I love your prices and your jewelry and I thank you for being a reputable jewelry seller! 100 stars!
