Order Processing for Delivery

Before we ship your item, we must first process your order. Please note that orders placed during the week will be processed on the following business day, and orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

If your item is not in stock, we may require an additional day to obtain it for you. Custom requests, such as resizing or engraving, will also add an additional day prior to shipping. Rings may also take longer to prepare than other items.

Shipping Address & Signature

Diamond Harmony will ship your product to the billing address that is associated with your credit card. As a fraud protection measure, we do not normally ship to a different address. An exception can be made only if you contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your card account. Please understand that if your credit card company does not have your desired shipping address on file, we cannot ship to that address.

Shipments from Diamond Harmony also must be signed for in person. This is for our mutual protection. Please be available to provide the signature yourself. When a third party at your home signs for the package, Diamond Harmony cannot be responsible for claims of lost, missing, or damaged goods. If signing in person is impractical for you, we suggest that you make arrangements with your local FedEx location to pick it up there at your convenience.
 
 
Undeliverable Items

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. A $10 shipping fee will be assessed for any address correction if the item is already in transit.

* No appropriate person was available to accept the shipment at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts
 
In such case, customers are responsible for any return charges and fees incurred by Diamond Harmony including, but not limited to duties, taxes, ancillary clearance fees and storage fees, if applicable.
 
 
Change of Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. A $10 shipping fee will be assessed for any address correction if the item is already in transit.
 
 
Special Handling

If you place your order online, there is a “Special Instructions” box on the shipping page for you to note any special handling requirements. Where security can be maintained, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
 
 
Package Refusal

We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will ultimately cost more than following our return procedures. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return.

For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).
 
 
Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, we will start a tracer with the shipping company, which can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order.

However, if instead you wish to initiate a new purchase and have us recharge your credit card, we will be happy to do so. If the results from tracing your original package later indicate that you are due a refund, we will process it immediately.
