- Contestants must be:

- 18 years of age or older.
- Contestants may not be:

- Immediate relatives of such employees.

| 2. HOW TO ENTER. |
- Go to www.diamondharmony.com, click on the Sweepstakes link, fill out the onscreen form, and click "Submit."
- Entries will be accepted through November, 2009.
- Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are made by the same person using different email addresses, these will be identified and disqualified.

| 3. AWARDING OF PRIZE. |
- The winner will receive a gift-wrapped, 1/10Ct Diamond Full Loops 14k W Gold Solitaire Pendant.
- The winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held
on November 30, 2009, from among all entries received by the entry
deadline of November 29, 2009.
- The winner will be notified by email.

| 4. OBLIGATIONS OF WINNER. |
- The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 14 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
- Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent (or that of his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) to use winner's name, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation.
- If a prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in minor's name to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documentation.
- All taxes on prizes are winners' responsibility.

- DiamondHarmony.com may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
