How do I place an Order?

To place an order, follow these steps:
1. Place your desired item in your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘Add to Bag’ button.
2. When ready to checkout, click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
3. Login (Registered Customers) OR Sign Up (New Customers).
4. Enter billing and shipping information (For new customers).
5. Review your shopping bag information and choose your payment option.
6. Click on the ‘Confirm’ button to place your order.
7. An email confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Order Confirmation

Below are the emails you will receive after you’ve placed your order.

Order Confirmation Email:
Includes your order number, order description and your billing and shipping address.

Shipping Confirmation Email:
Includes shipping information, shipping method and your order tracking number.

Important Notice about your Order
You will only receive this email under certain circumstances :
* Difficulty in processing your order
* Inability to ship to the address provided
* Cancellation of order
* Order placed is out of stock
Order Cancellation

You can cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, it is impossible to locate and make changes to any package once it has entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already been shipped, you must return the item for a refund per our Return & Exchange Policy.

To make a change or cancel your order, you must call Customer Service immediately at 1-800-898-4622 during business hours (9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST).

If you are unable to call during these hours, you may email us at and then follow up with a phone call the next business day.
Track Your Order

Your orders can be tracked by visiting the ‘Track Order’ section listed underneath the top navigation bar. You will have to type in the Tracking Number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. Once you provide your tracking number, we will be able to track your latest shipment information.
