What is the fastest way to find a particular item?

You can use our convenient, cross-category, keyword search found consistently on the top left of your screen. You can search by item number, manufacturer name or keyword(s) describing the product. You can also use our left-side menus to shop by Product, Collection, Gift Ideas, Material, and Price.
Are your product details accurate?

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of all product data. Slight variance in the measurements of product details is to be expected. Also, colors may appear differently depending on the computer screen being used, and product images are not-to-scale.

Occasionally, product details may be inaccurately printed. We correct any known errors as soon as we become aware of them. Please note that we are not able to honor erroneous prices. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I cancel my order?

After you have clicked “Send My Order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-898-4622.

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
