Terms & Conditions of Return

·        Diamondharmony can not be responsible for lost return shipment.  For your protection, send via registered and insured mail. 

·        The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.  Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted as refund.  The original Diamondharmony packaging must still be in the return.

·        The item must be received by Diamondharmony within TEN (10) DAYS of purchase.  Items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.

·        The Refund can only be made in the type of payment method you purchased from. 

·        Your refund or exchange amount will be the price of the item returned and will not include the shipping and handling charges originally paid with your order.

·        LESSER Value Exchange: the difference will be refunded in the same form of your payment.

·        GREATER Value Exchange: customer responsible for the remaining balance.

·        EQUAL Value Exchange: No Charge.
